No West Ham move for QPR star

QPR have received no approaches for Ryan Manning, according to West London Sport.

West Ham have been strongly linked with the Irishman, who has impressed in the Championship.

David Moyes recently watched Manning and his Rangers team-mate Ebere Eze in action in a match against Millwall.

That led to reports that Moyes is targeting a summer move for Manning, who has been playing at left-back but can also play in midfield.

However, West London Sport say QPR have received no approaches for Manning and remain in talks with him about a new contract.

It remains to be seen whether Hammers boss Moyes makes a move for him, but it appears that so far he has not done so.

Manning’s current deal expires next year and he appears to be keeping his options open.

So too does Bright Osayi-Samuel, who has rejected a move to Club Brugge.

The Belgian outfit had an offer for Osayi-Samuel accepted by QPR, who agreed to sell him for £4.7m.

But the winger has decided against making the move and his future remains unclear.

Like Manning, Osayi-Samuel’s contact at Loftus Road runs until 2021.

Their deals were due to expire this summer but QPR took up options to extend both contracts by a further 12 months and hope to persuade them to sign longer-term deals.
