No Tottenham or Leeds United move for QPR star

Crystal Palace and West Ham are the only clubs to have made approaches for Ebere Eze.

The QPR forward has been linked with several other clubs, including Tottenham and newly promoted Leeds United.

But West London Sport reports that those clubs have not made a move for Eze and that so far the only offers have come in from Palace and the Hammers.

West London Sport have been reporting Palace’s interest in Eze since 2018 and more recently have reported that QPR want any deal with West Ham to include Jordan Hugill.

Striker Hugill scored 15 goals for the R’s while on a season-long loan from West Ham, where he appears to have no future.

And it seems that Rangers would like to sign Hugill in a part-exchange deal if West Ham come up with an acceptable offer for Eze.

It seems a matter of when rather than if Eze makes the step up to the Premier League.

He has been outstanding for QPR in the Championship and there is every expectation that he will move on.

And while there has not been too much movement in terms of firm bids, as the transfer window progresses it seems certain that there will be more interest in Eze.
