Palace to move for QPR star Eze

Crystal Palace are set to table a bid for Ebere Eze as QPR continue to look at possible replacements.

West London Sport have been reporting since 2018 that Palace are keen on Eze – and now say the Eagles are ready to make Rangers an offer.

West Ham are also said to be interested in the 22-year-old forward, who has been outstanding in the Championship this season.

West London Sport also say QPR have made enquiries about a number of attacking players, including Chelsea’s Izzy Brown and former Fulham man Muamer Tankovic.

Sweden international Tankovic is without a club and therefore available on a free transfer.

The 25-year-old has been a free agent since leaving Swedish side Hammarby at the end of his contract.

He spent a year at Fulham, making three league appearances – two of them as a substitute – during the 2013/14 season.

Tankovic left Craven Cottage for Dutch club AZ Alkmaar, where he spent three years before returning to his native Sweden.

As well as attacking players, QPR will be looking to strengthen at centre-back following the departure of Grant Hall.

Hall, who was Rangers’ captain and spent five years at Loftus Road, quit the club at the end of his contract and has since signed for Middlesbrough.
