Many Chelsea fans on Twitter were hugely critical of Jorginho after the shock 5-2 defeat at home to West Brom.
The Blues slumped to their first defeat under Thomas Tuchel in an extraordinary match at Stamford Bridge, where Thiago Silva was sent off.
They failed to adjust to going down to 10 men and were all over the place defensively against second-bottom Albion.
But they were woeful in midfield too, where Jorginho produced one of his worst performances for the club.
Speaking on BT Sport, former Chelsea star Joe Cole criticised Jorginho for allowing Albion midfielders to run beyond him unchallenged towards the penalty area.
“He gave the ball away more than I’ve ever seen him today,” said Cole.
And fans on Twitter didn’t hold back in their assessment of the Italy international’s display.
