Chelsea have released development squad members Miro Muheim and Ali Suljic.

Winger Muheim, 19, and defender Suljic, 20, were both part of the Blues’ Uefa Youth League-winning squad in 2015-16.

Muheim is returning to his native Switzerland to join St. Gallen, while Sweden youth international Suljic has had his contract cancelled.

Meanwhile, Charlie Colkett (pictured above) has returned from his loan spell at Vitesse Arnhem.

The midfielder made 11 appearances, including three in the Europa League, during an injury-affected spell with the Dutch club.

And full-back Todd Kane will spend the rest of the season at Oxford United – the seventh loan move during his time at Stamford Bridge.

The 24-year-old spent the first half of the campaign on loan at Groningen in the Netherlands.

Kane had previously been on loan at NEC Nijmegen. – where he suffered a long-term knee injury – and before that had spells at Preston, Nottingham Forest, Blackburn Rovers and Bristol City.

He has not made a first-team appearance for Chelsea, having first joined the Blues’ youth set up at under-eight level.
