Paper round-up: Spurs boss Pochettino tipped to spend and Arsenal are linked with Liverpool star

Arsenal are interested in Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno, according to the Daily Mirror.

Liverpool are said to be resigned to losing the Spain international when his contract runs out at the end of the season.

And the Mirror say this has alerted Arsenal, who are apparently among several clubs keen on signing him on a free transfer.

The other clubs are said to include Manchester United and Barcelona.

The Mirror say Gunners boss Unai Emery is an admirer of his fellow Spaniard, having worked with him at Sevilla, and would like to take him to the Emirates Stadium.

Meanwhile, Tottenham plan to spend in January and their main target is Lyon’s Tanguy Ndombele, according to The Times.

Chelsea will open contract talks with Eden Hazard before the end of the month, according to the Daily Mail.

And Chelsea want Inter’s Mauro Icardi or AC Milan’s Patrick Cutrone to replace Alvaro Morata, The Sun say.

Chelsea have reportedly lost patience with striker Morata and will look to make a signing when the transfer window reopens in January, The Sun say.

Icardi is said to be their top target but the club have apparently been told he would cost £90m.

The Sun say if a deal for Icardi cannot be done then Chelsea will move for Cutrone, who would apparently cost £25m.
