Ramsey among Juventus players linked with Arsenal

Arsenal are reportedly lining up moves for the Juventus trio of Aaron Ramsey, Arthur Melo and Dejan Kulusevski.

Marca claims that the Gunners have already made contact with Kulusevski’s camp over a potential move and are hoping to wrap up a deal for around 29.5 million euros plus add-ons, though Juventus are said to want 40 million euros for the winger.

The 21-year-old arrived in Turin during the summer of 2020 after impressing during a loan spell at Parma from parent club Atalanta but the midfielder has struggled to nail down a regular first-team place since signing for the Italian giants.

Gunners boss Arteta is also said to be interested in bringing in central midfielder Arthur, with both Thomas Partey and Mohamed Elneny due to take part in the Africa Cup of Nations next month.

The 25-year-old has found himself down the pecking order under manager Massimiliano Allegri and has played just 101 minutes all season.

And Marca also say that ex-Gunners midfielder Aaron Ramsey “could make a sensational move back to the Emirates Stadium” after he was placed on the transfer list.

The Welshman has played just three Serie A games so far this season, with rumours that his contract could even be cancelled.

But Arsenal would face competition from Newcastle United, who are also said to be interested in the midfielder.

Meanwhile, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyeng’s future remains up in the air after he was removed as the club’s captain following a disciplinary breach, with the Mail Online reporting that Barcelona would like to take him on loan next month.
