QPR are looking to snap up Jordan Hugill, with the striker seemingly on the way out of West Ham this summer.
David Moyes signed him for West Ham from Preston in January 2018 and the Scot’s return for a second spell as Hammers boss led to speculation that Hugill could get another chance at the club.
But West London Sport say Hugill is definitely not in Moyes’ plans and that QPR are looking to take him to Loftus Road on another loan or possibly a permanent deal.
Hugill, 28, scored 15 goals during a season-long loan with the R’s, who finished 13th in the Championship table.
West London Sport say West Ham have expressed an interest in Ebere Eze and that QPR are open to a deal which would include Hugill moving in part exchange.
The report has led to several other sources declaring that a swap deal could be on.
Eze has been outstanding for Rangers and been linked with several other clubs, including Tottenham and Crystal Palace.
Hugill might have hoped for a crack at the Premier League under Moyes and will no doubt be disappointed at the prospect of leaving without having started a game in the top flight.
But he seemed to enjoy his spell at QPR and a return there would give him the chance to play regular first-team football.
His goal tally of 15 was impressive given that he was hampered by injury problems and was kept out of the side by Nahki Wells during part of the first half of the season.
