Tottenham and West Ham among clubs eyeing Danish hotshot

Tottenham and West Ham are among Premier League clubs monitoring FC Copenhagen winger Robert Skov, according to Sky Sports News.

Sky say Watford and Wolves are also showing an interest in the 22-year-old winger, who has scored 22 times in the Danish Superliga.

Skov, a Denmark Under-21 international, also scored against Bordeaux in the Europa League and his performances have led to reports that he could be on the move this summer.

Meanwhile, scouts from every top club in Germany will reportedly be jetting into London this week to watch Arsenal and Chelsea youngsters in action.

The Sun say the scouts will be looking “to find the next Jadon Sancho” after he made a big impression after being snapped up by Borussia Dortmund from Manchester City.

The matches which are apparently creating an interest are an Under-18 game between Arsenal and Chelsea on Friday afternoon followed by Chelsea’s Under-23s playing City’s that evening.

The Sun say “officials at German clubs are joking about filling up planes to fly over” and that every Bundesliga club will be represented at the games.

And the Daily Mirror say Arsenal are interested in Ajax’s Nicolas Tagliafico and Celtic’s Scotland left-back Kieran Tierney as a replacement for Nacho Monreal, who has been linked with Barcelona.

It follows reports that Barca are lining up veteran defender Monreal as back-up for Jordi Alba this summer.
