West Ham linked with Scottish youngster and Wilshire speculation continues

West Ham are among English clubs keen on Dundee teenager James Cowan, it is claimed, while speculation continues over the future of Jack Wilshire.

The Daily Mirror say the Hammers, Derby County and Oxford United are all targeting the 18-year-old midfielder, who has also previously been linked with QPR.

Dundee are ready to let the player move to England if a club comes in for him, the Mirror say.

Meanwhile, Arsenal’s Wilshire has again been linked with a potential move to AC Milan by the Daily Star.

The Italian club were said to be keen to sign Wilshire before he moved on a season-long loan to Bournemouth during the summer.

The Star say Milan plan to move for Wilshire, 24, at the end of the season, when he will have just one year remaining on his Arsenal contract.

And the Daily Express and The Sun have both picked up on more reports in Italy claiming that Chelsea want Thiago Maia.

The midfielder, 19, was linked with the Blues during the summer transfer window.

He is again being touted for a possible move to the Premier League, with Manchester United also said to be keen, although it is suggested that French club Paris St-Germain are favourites to sign him.
