Tottenham and West Ham among clubs linked with French youngster

Tottenham and West Ham are among English clubs interested Paris St-Germain defender Fode Ballo-Toure, it is claimed.

The 20-year-old is expected to be available on a free transfer at the end of the season and French publication Made in Foot say the Hammers and Spurs are monitoring the situation.

It is claimed that Liverpool, Everton, Aston Villa, Brighton and Bristol City are also showing an interest in the left-back along with French clubs Lille, Nice and Rennes.

It follows recent speculation over the future of Athur Masuaku.

West Ham will make a big loss by selling Masuaku in the summer, according to the Daily Mirror.

The French defender, 23, has failed to impress since arriving from Greek club Olympiacos in August and West Ham boss Slaven Bolic has been tipped to offload him.

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is tipped to sell him and there are reports that his former club are looking to take the player back.

The Mirror say Olympiacos are only willing to pay a fraction of the reported £6m they sold him for.

Masuaku has made only six Premier League appearances for Bilic’s side and has not featured at all since the 5-1 thrashing at home to Arsenal on 3 December.
