Spurs not pursuing Lemar, Sky say

Tottenham are not pursuing a deal to sign Monaco midfielder Thomas Lemar, according to Sky.

Arsenal are keen to land the France international and there have been reports that Spurs were lining up a rival bid.

But Sky say Lemar is not among Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino’s targets.

The north London rivals are both interested in signing Nice midfielder Jean Michaël Seri, according to The Guardian.

Paris St-Germain and Barcelona are also said to be keen on the Ivory Coast international, who has been tipped to move this summer.

The Guardian say his representatives have met with officials from Premier League clubs to discuss a potential deal for the 25-year-old.

Meanwhile, The Sun say Arsenal have launched a £35m bid for Lemar following reports a previous approach has been rejected by Monaco.

The Daily Mirror say Manchester City are frontrunners to sign Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez, while The Guardian say he is keen to play under City boss Pep Guardiola

The Mirror also continue to link Spurs with AC Milan midfielder Suso, and Chelsea with Roma defender Kostas Manolas.

The Daily Telegraph say Bournemouth are close to completing the signing of Nathan Ake from Chelsea for £20m.

Metro have picked up reports in Italy claiming that Chelsea have made made an enquiry about Bayern Munich’s Jerome Boateng.

Chelsea face competition from Paris St-Germain for Alex Sandro, the Daily Mail reckon.

Amid reports Juve want £61m, the Mail say PSG have emerged as contenders to sign Sandro, who has also been linked with Manchester City.

And the Mirror say West Ham are ready to offload Robert Snodgrass just six months after signing him from Hull.
