Arsenal and Tottenham reportedly want to sign former Chelsea man Juan Cuadrado.
The Sun say Arsenal have had a £17.6m bid for Cuadrado rejected by Juventus and that Spurs are also keen on the Colombian.
Juve apparently want £30m for Cuadrado, who failed to make an impact during his time at Chelsea.
And Arsenal have also reportedly tabled a bid for Fenerbahce’s Denmark defender Simon Kjaer.
The Sun have picked up on reports in Turkey claiming that the Gunners have offered £10m for Kjaer, who has long been linked with a potential move to the Premier League.
It comes amid speculation that Arsene Wenger is set to spend big in an effort to bolster his squad this summer.
The Daily Telegraph say Gunners boss Wenger is working on potential deals for Monaco duo Kylian Mbappe and Thomas Lemar as well as Lyon forward Alexandre Lacazette.
The Telegraph say Wenger is also preparing for possible departures from the Emirates Stadium and that there is now little hope that Alexis Sanchez will sign a new contract.
Meanwhile, Arsenal and West Ham are among the clubs being linked with Chris Smalling amid reports the England defender could leave Mancheser United.
The Telegraph say Smalling, 27, will be sold by United manager Jose Mourinho and that he is wanted by the Hammers as well as Everton and West Brom.
The Telegraph also say Smalling could be available for as little as £15m following United’s capture of Sweden international Victor Lindelof.
The Daily Express say West Ham are leading a race to sign Smalling, that Arsenal are also interested, and that the asking price is £12m.
