Tottenham and West Ham are being linked with PSV Eindhoven winger Steven Bergwijn.

The Sun say Spurs are competing with Torino to sign Bergwijn, 20, and that the Hammers and Bournemouth have also shown an interest.

The Netherlands Under-21 international has impressed for Eredivisie leaders PSV this season.

It is claimed he has attracted the attention of Mauricio Pochettino and that the Spurs boss is considering making a bid when the transfer window next month.

Meanwhile, a number of newspapers are linking Gareth Bale with a possible return to Tottenham from Real Madrid after Pochettino did not rule out signing the Welshman when asked about him at a press conference on Friday.

And there remains speculation over the future of Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who continues to be linked with Real.

The Belgian was previously on loan at Atletico Madrid and has two children who live in the Spanish capital.

Several newspapers, including the Daily Mail, now suggest Chelsea fear he will refuse to sign a new contract and will return to Madrid for family reasons.

It comes after he was quoted in the Belgian media as saying: “Everybody knows that due to my personal situation, Spain attracts me.

“If it is not now, it will be in some years. I’m calm.”

Courtois’ current contract expires in 2019.
