Paper round-up: Palace linked with Danish midfielder

Crystal Palace are among Premier League clubs being linked with Celta Vigo’s Denmark midfielder Daniel Wass.

The Sun say Leicester City have targeted Wass and that there is also interest from both Palace and Swansea City.

Eagles boss Roy Hodgson is said to be an admirer of the 28-year-old, who is among a host of players Palace have been linked with ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Sun claim that the three clubs are eyeing a £4m deal for Wass, who this summer will have one year remaining on his contract in Spain.

The Sun also claim Manchester United are confident of a deal to sign Willian from Chelsea this summer.

Willian has been linked with a potential move to Old Trafford previously and United’s former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is again being tipped to move for him.

It is claimed that Chelsea would want £30m for Willian and that Mourinho wants to bring in the Brazilian and ship out former Blues star Juan Mata.

Meanwhile, the Daily Express say West Ham want Ryan Fredericks as well as the right-back’s Fulham team-mate Tom Cairney.
