Arsenal want to sign North Korean striker Kwang Song Han, The Sun say.

Everton are also said to be interested in the 19-year-old.

The Sun declare that both English clubs are “planning to aim a North Korean missile at the Premier League” by signing the player.

Pyongyang-born Han, who is on loan at Perugia from Cagliari., scored a hat-trick on his Serie B debut against Entella last month.

It is claimed that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and Everton boss Ronald Koeman have both sent scouts to watch him in action.

Han, who has played for his country on two occasions, is under contract with Cagliari until 2022. Italian champions Juventus are also reported to be monitoring his progress.

The Sun have also picked up on reports in Spain linking both Arsenal and Tottenham with Barcelona’s Rafinha.

The 24-year-old, who is currently working his way back to fitness following a recent knee injury, was linked with English clubs prior to the recent transfer window closing.

Liverpool are also said to be keen on Rafinha amid speculation that he could leave Barcelona when the window reopens in January.

There have also been reports that Barca could be willing to let him go if a buy-back clause is included in any deal.
