Tottenham boss Antonio Conte make three changes from last weekend’s 3-2 victory at Bournemouth, with Eric Dier, Rodrigo Bentancur and Ivan Perisic returning.
Dier comes in for Davinson Sanchez and Bentancur replaces Olivier Skipp in midfield, while Perisic is in for the injured Heung-min Son.
Liverpool also make three changes, with Darwin Nunez, Andy Robertson and Harvey Elliott coming in.
