QPR will be without Steven Caulker and Karl Henry for their first match since Ian Holloway’s return as manager.
Central defender Caulker, who has a hip injury, has been ruled out of the game against Norwich City at Loftus Road.
And midfielder Henry is suspended for the game after being sent off during Rangers’ 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest before the international break.
On a brighter note for Holloway, Conor Washington, Massimo Loungo and Yeni Ngbakoto are all expected to be available for Saturday’s match.
Washington withdrew from the Northern Ireland squad to return to west London for treatment on a groin problem, but the striker has since returned to training and been passed fit.
Luongo has been nursing a slight foot injury but he has responded well to treatment and is also available to face the Canaries.
French winger Ngbakoto, who has had a thigh problem, has barely featured since his summer move from Metz but has stepped up his training and is contention for a place in the squad this weekend.
That squad is also set to include Polish midfielder Ariel Borysiuk, who missed the Forest game for family reasons.
