QPR are set to sign youngsters Charlie Rowan and Lewis Walker.
Rowan, previously of Watford, has been on trial with the club and came on as a substitute in an Under-23 game against Coventry City on Monday afternoon.
And West London Sport reports that the defender is set to sign for the R’s along with Lewis Walker.
Striker Walker was previously at Derby County and like Rowan has been without a club since the summer.
Rangers have a policy of picking up youngsters who have been released by other clubs and Rowan and Walker are the latest in a long line of players to be given a second chance at Loftus Road.
Another is Ebere Eze, who has taken the Championship by storm for the R’s and was brought in after being shown the door by Millwall.
Aramide Oteh, another youngster snapped up after being released – in his case by Tottenham – scored QPR’s goal in the 1-1 draw with Coventry, who equalised in the second half.
Rangers fielded a strong side for the Under-23 game, with their line-up including the likes of Sean Goss, Darnell Furlong, Grant Hall, Paul Smyth and Bright Osayi-Samuel.
