Fulham are reportedly in contention to sign Chelsea midfielder Billy Gilmour on loan next season following their promotion back to the Premier League.
Gilmour has endured a very tough campaign on loan at struggling Norwich City, who look set for relegation.
According to 90min.com, Fulham, Bournemouth and Gilmour’s former club Rangers are possible destinations for Gilmour next season, with Blues boss Thomas Tuchel apparently not inclined to have the young Scot in the first-team squad.
Fulham boss Marco Silva is expected to bring in several players over the summer to try to stabilise his club in the top flight.
But his immediate concern is to seal the Championship title now that promotion has been confirmed.
“We want more from this season. Nothing is finished for us,” Silva told West London Sport.
“We want to finish at the top of the league and we want to be champions of this league. We know that will be tough but we have to fight for it and to be in the best condition we can.
“We were always speaking about not just being promoted but to be champions again and it’s good that I can see everybody with full focus on it.”
