Fulham v Huddersfield: Whites midfielder close to return, Terriers injuries

Fulham midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa is the only absentee for Saturday’s Premier League clash with Huddersfield.

Anguissa is recovering from an ankle injury but could return in time to face Arsenal on New Year’s Day.

Otherwise boss Claudio Ranieri has a fully fit squad from which to select for the relegation showdown at Craven Cottage.

Provisional squad: Rico, Bettinelli, Fabri, Fosu-Mensah, Christie, Odoi, Chambers, Mawson, Ream, Ayite, Bryan, Seri, Johansen, De La Torre, McDonald, Kebano, R Sessegnon, S Sessegnon, Schurrle, Vietto, Mitrovic, Fonte, Cairney, Kamara.

Huddersfield boss David Wagner will check on midfielder Jonathan Hogg before Saturday’s game.

Hogg was an unused substitute in the Boxing Day defeat at Manchester United having nursed a knee problem, but is hoping to return to action.

Wagner has no new injury or suspension worries, but midfielders Aaron Mooy, Danny Williams (both knee) and Abdelhamid Sabiri (collarbone), plus defender Tommy Smith (hamstring) are still out.

Provisional squad: Lossl, Durm, Kongolo, Jorgensen, Schindler, Hadergjonaj, Billing, Kachunga, Mbenza, Pritchard, Depoitre, Hamer, Hogg, Bacuna, Lowe, Quaner, Mounie, Stankovic.
