City tipped to move for Wan-Bissaka and Rice

Manchester City continue to be linked with Declan Rice and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

The Sun say City are keen to sign British players this summer and will target Wan-Bissaka, West Ham star Rice and Leicester’s England international left-back Ben Chilwell.

The newspaper quotes a City source as saying: “The club are looking to land more British players in the summer if they can manage to.

“We all know as soon as a big side comes calling the prices get hiked up but we are only going to invest wisely.

“Scouts have been out all season looking for the top talents and these are the three players that have come back the most.

“There will be some trimming of our own squad this summer to accommodate them but we are confident.”

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail say German side Bayern Munich have joined the growing list of clubs monitoring Crystal Palace right-back Wan-Bissaka – and that the list includes Chelsea.

As well as the Blues and Bayern, the Mail say Manchester United, City and Borussia Dortmund have shown interest in the Croydon-born defender.

Wan-Bissaka, who would reportedly cost between £30m and £40m, is under contract at Selhurst Park until the summer of 2022.
