Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard is a doubt with a foot problem ahead of Wednesday’s Carabao Cup quarter-final against Bournemouth.

Hazard will have a fitness test before boss Maurizio Sarri names his matchday squad for the tie at Stamford Bridge.

Striker Alvaro Morata is out with a knee injury, so Olivier Giroud could be Chelsea’s only option up front.

The Blues are expected to make changes, so the likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Cesc Fabregas and Gary Cahill could feature.

Provisional squad: Kepa, Caballero, Rudiger, Alonso, Fabregas, Jorginho, Kante, Barkley, Hazard, Pedro, Loftus-Cheek, Kovacic, Giroud, Zappacosta, Willian.

Bournemouth will check on Callum Wilson, Tyrone Mings and Simon Francis.

Wilson is carrying a hamstring problem, Mings has a hip injury and Francis is nursing a groin niggle.
Dan Gosling, Lewis Cook and Adam Smith remain sidelined with knee injuries.

Provisional squad: Begovic, Francis, S Cook, Ake, Daniels, Surman, Lerma, Stanislas, Brooks, Fraser, King, Boruc, Rico, Mings, Pugh, Ibe, Mousset, Defoe, Wilson, Ofoborh, Travers, Simpson.
