Chelsea reportedly develop strategy for signing Haaland and Bellingham

Chelsea are reportedly working on a strategy to eventually sign Luke Bellingham.

The Blues wanted Bellingham prior to the teenage midfielder’s move from Birmingham City to Borussia Dortmund, where he has been hugely impressive.

Chelsea are among clubs keen to sign much sought-after striker Erling Haaland from the German club.

They already have a good relationship with Dortmund, having signed Christian Pulisic – who had been tipped to join Liverpool – from them two years ago.

And Goal.com suggest Chelsea hope to develop that relationship during negotiations over Haaland to enable them to eventually secure the signing of Bellingham.

It seems inevitable that England international Bellingham will eventually return home to play in the Premier League.

There will be no shortage of clubs eager to snap him up – and Chelsea clearly want to be at the front of the queue.

As for Haaland, reports have suggested that personal terms have already been established for him to move to Stamford Bridge.

But Dortmund have indicated that they do not want to sell the Norway international during this summer’s transfer window.

Manchester City have also been strongly linked with Haaland and, like Chelsea, are widely expected to bring in a top-class striker for next season.
