Arsene Wenger admitted that his future will inevitably be called into question following Arsenal’s defeat against Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final.
City cruised to a 3-0 win at Wembley and were the better side throughout.
It increased anger among Arsenal fans, many of whom want to see a change of manager.
“When you lose a game like that everything is questioned – the players, the team, the personalities,” Gunners boss Wenger said.
“But we played against a good side, you cannot say that we played against an average side. They dominate the Premier League and they have good players. It is difficult to come back.”
