Paper round-up: Arsenal linked with Tagliafico

Nicolas Tagliafico of Ajax is the latest left-back to be linked with Arsenal.

The Gunners have injury problems in that position, with Stephan Lichtsteiner operating as makeshift left-back against Leicester in the absence of the sidelined Nacho Monreal, Sead Kolasinac and Ainsley Maitland-Niles.

Arsenal have recently been reported to have been eyeing Alberto Moreno, whose Liverpool contract is due to expire at the end of the season.

And the Mirror say the club are also interested in Argentine Tagliafico as a possible signing when the transfer window re-opens in January.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail say Chelsea plan to offer a new contract to defender Antonio Rudiger, who has more than three years left on his current deal at Stamford Bridge,

The Sun have picked up on a story claiming that Victor Moses is ready to leave Chelsea in January.

Goal.com say the Nigeria international is considering his future after losing his place under boss Maurizio Sarri this season.

A change of formation has contributed to Moses now having to compete for a place with the likes of Eden Hazard, Pedro and Willian.

The Sun say also Genoa’s Poland striker Krzysztof Piatek, who has been linked with Chelsea recently, has been given a £35m price tag.
