As expected, fringe players have been named in the Arsenal starting line-up for the Europa League game at the Emirates Stadium.

Theo Walcott, Jack Wilshere and Olivier Giroud are among those starting, with the likes of Mesut Ozil, Alexandre Lacazette and Alexis Sanchez rested.

Goalkeeper Matt Macey also starts – only the 23-year-old’s second appearance for the club – and a number of youngsters are on the substitutes’ bench.

A win would guarantee a place in the knockout stage for Arsenal, who have won all three of their Group H matches so far.

The Gunners would also qualify for the last 32 if they draw this evening and Bate Borisov do not beat Cologne.

Arsenal: Macey; Debuchy, Elneny, Holding; Nelson, Coquelin, Willock, Maitland-Niles; Walcott, Wilshere; Giroud.
Subs: Cech, Osei-Tutu, Sheaf, Dasilva, McGuane, Akpom, Nketiah.
