West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini has indicated that Reece Oxford will stay at the club.
The 19-year-old has been linked with another loan move to Borussia Monchengladbach but Pellegrini wants him to be part of his Hammers squad.
Pellegrini said: “When we built up the squad we knew that some players had to go out, especially young players who need to play. They knew from the beginning they would go out on loan.
“The squad is the squad I want for the season. I don’t think any other players are going out at the moment.”
Pellegrini has also ruled out an imminent move for Yaya Toure.
The Hammers have been linked with veteran midfieder Toure, with whom Pellegrini won the Premier League at Manchester City.
However, Pellegrini said: “Yaya Toure is a good player, he will always be a good player, but for the moment he is not for West Ham. For the moment, the squad is complete.”
Pellegrini was speaking at a press conference ahead of his side’s home match against Bournemouth.
They will be looking to bounce back from a 4-0 thrashing at Liverpool in Pellegrini’s first match at the helm.
“It’s a stadium that some may have criticised last season for the performance of the team but it’s always important to play at home,” Pellegrini said.
“We have a beautiful stadium. I hope the players won’t be as tired as they were last week and get our first three points.
“Every fan demands the best from their team. The West Ham fans always support us, sometimes they have more patience than than other times, but all fans demanding good results.”
“I don’t think we’re going to have any problem with the fans. Whether at home or away I believe any team has the personality to go for the three points.”
