West Ham boss David Moyes has insisted he is unaware of any approach from Chelsea for Andy Carroll.
Chelsea have been linked with a move for the Hammers striker, who is currently nursing an ankle injury.
There are reports that the Blues are discussing a permanent deal after West Ham made it clear they would not let Carroll leave on loan.
But Moyes said: “They have not made contact with me, so if they have made contact with someone else then I don’t know about it.
“I know nothing about it. There have been a lot of rumours regarding a loan, but as far as I know it has never officially come from Chelsea.”
