There continues to be speculation over the future of West Ham forward Marko Arnautovic.
The Sunday Mirror claim Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho wants to sign the Hammers star, who has also been linked with Chelsea.
The newspaper say United are set to offer West Ham £50m for Arnautovic when the transfer window opens in January.
It is claimed that Mourinho showed an interest in the Austrian in the summer but did not follow it up with a bid.
This time an offer is apparently being prepared, with Arnautovic keen to join a club in the Champions League.
His brother Danijel, who also acts as his agent, has been talking up interest in the player and suggesting that it is time for him to join a top side.
West Ham do not want to sell him and manager Manuel Pellegrini insisted this week that Arnautovic is happy at the club.
“He is a West Ham player because he has a contract here, he is happy here,” said Pellegrini.
“Every player always wants to play in the biggest team but I don’t think that Marko is thinking about that.
“He is thinking about West Ham and he tries to make his best performance in every game.”
