Ashley Fletcher scored as West Ham’s development side beat West Brom 2-1 on Monday evening.
Jonathan Calleri and Martin Samuelson featured in the Premier League 2 match at Dagenham & Redbridge’s Victoria Road ground, where both the hosts’ goals came in the first half.
Samuelson is on loan at Blackburn from the Hammers but did not play for the Championship side at the weekend, while Fletcher was a substitute for the first team’s game at Everton.
Fletcher created the opening goal against Albion, turning in the area and then sending in a cross which was turned into his own net by Jack Fitzwater.
And Fletcher made it 2-0 just after the half-hour mark, taking full advantage after being found by a fine cross from Calleri.
West Ham continued to dominate, with Marcus Browne seeing an effort deflected on to the bar, Declan Rice being denied by a fine save, and Calleri missing a chance to score before the interval.
Calleri missed another opportunity in the second half and Browne also went close before Dara O’Shea scored for the visitors in injury time.
