West Ham will make a big loss by selling Arthur Masuaku in the summer, according to the Daily Mirror.
The French defender, 23, has failed to impress since arriving from Greek club Olympiacos in August.
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is tipped to sell him and there are reports that his former club are looking to take the player back.
The Mirror say Olympiacos are only willing to pay a fraction of the reported £6m they sold him for.
Masuaku has made only six Premier League appearances for Bilic’s side and has not featured at all since the 5-1 thrashing at home to Arsenal on 3 December.
Meanwhile, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy hopes to raise £400m towards the club’s new stadium through naming rights, according to The Times.
And the Daily Star say John Terry has rejected offers from three American clubs.
Terry’s Chelsea contract expires in the summer and there have also been reports of interest from China.
He is reported to have snubbed a move to the United States, where the season starts next month, because he is desperate to win a fifth Premier League title at Chelsea.
