West Ham have offered Pablo Zabaleta a move to east London from Manchester City, The Sun say.
The defender’s contract expires this summer and the Hammers, who have also been linked with his City team-mate Yaya Toure, are reportedly keen to snap Zabaleta up on a Bosman free transfer.
The Sun say West Ham have offered Zabaleta, 32, a two-year deal worth £100,000 a week.
The club are said to have turned their attention to him after initially making enquiries about City’s Bacary Sagna.
West Ham could sign Michy Batshuayi from Chelsea but would need to buy the Belgium striker as the Blues are not interested in a loan deal, the Daily Mirror say.
Former Chelsea and Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri wants to return to the Premier League and could replace Bilic at the London Stadium, again according to the Mirror.
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail say Tottenham are confident Eric Dier is settled at the club despite Manchester United being linked with the England international.
And the Mirror say Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger wants to sign Monaco’s 21-year-old France midfielder Thomas Lemar.
Arsenal are also reported to be confident of landing Schalke’s Bosnian left-back Sead Kolasinac on a Bosman free transfer when his contract expires this summer.
