Paper round-up: Spurs linked with Shaw

Tottenham will move for Luke Shaw if they lose Danny Rose to Manchester City, according to the Daily Mirror.

Rose is reportedly attracting interest from City, despite the England left-back only signing a new five-year contract in September.

And the Mirror claims that, were any deal to be done, Spurs boss Pochettino would be keen to be reunited with Shaw, who is out of favour at Manchester United.

Shaw came through the ranks at Southampton while Pochettino was manager there, and is said to still be an admirer of his talent.

Meanwhile, the Daily Telegraph say Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is keen to add to his wing-back options despite the club rewarding Victor Moses with a new contract.

The newspaper say Conte remains determined to bring in potential alternatives to Moses on the right flank and Marcos Alonso on the left.

Monaco duo Djibril Sidibe and Thomas Lemar are said to be targets ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Telegraph also suggest that Nathan Ake could leave Chelsea in the summer, either on loan or permanently.

And John Terry plans to see out his playing days in Major League Soccer, according to The Sun.

The Chelsea skipper is expected to leave Stamford Bridge in the summer after 22 years at the club.

Los Angeles Galaxy, the former side of David Beckham and Steven Gerrard, are tipped by The Sun to offer Terry, now 36, a contract when the MLS mid-season transfer window opens in July.
