Malcom has said he would like to leave Bordeaux amid interest from Tottenham and Arsenal.
Both north London clubs expressed an interest in the Brazilian forward during last month’s transfer window.
Spurs held talks with Bordeaux but were unable to agree a deal with the French club and focused on bringing in Lucas Moura from Paris St-Germain as the transfer deadline approached.
Speaking on French television programme Telefoot, Malcom revealed he was keen to leave – and indicated that he could go at the end of the season.
The 20-year-old, who has scored seven goals in 19 Ligue 1 appearances this season, said: “It’s my dream to progress in my career.
“I spoke to the president, he told me that he knew it was my dream, but that he needed me.
“I told him he could count on me until the end of the season. I will do everything to help Bordeaux finish in the top six in Ligue 1.”
