Arsenal continue to be linked with Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes.
The Sun on Sunday say the Gunners’ hopes of signing Gomes have been boosted by the Portugal international being left out of Barca’s squad for a pre-season trip.
The story is based on one which initially appeared in Spanish newspaper AS, which has previously linked Gomes with a number of other Premier League clubs.
The Daily Star Sunday have picked up on a story from Gazzetta dello Sport claiming that Arsenal want Juventus midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur, who featured for Uruguay at the World Cup.

The Sun on Sunday reports that Mousa Dembele has rejected a move to Inter Milan but could still leave Spurs this summer.
The newspaper also suggest Dembele might see out the final year of his contract and then leave on a free transfer at the end of next season if he does not get the right offer before then.
