Swansea City want to sign Tottenham youngster Kyle Walker-Peters on loan in January, according to The Sun.

Boss Paul Clement is said to be keen to bring in the England Under-21 international as competition for Swansea’s former Spurs full-back Kyle Naughton.

Walker-Peters is highly rated at Spurs but is behind Serge Aurier and Kieran Trippier in the pecking order.

The Sun say Clement is hoping a deal can be done – and suggest that Stoke manager Mark Hughes could also be interested in Walker-Peters.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are close to signing Lyon playmaker Nabil Fekir, the Daily Star say.

The Gunners are apparently in advance talks over a deal for the 24-year-old France international to move to the Emirates Stadium for more than £60m.

The Star say this would pave the way for Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil to leave Arsenal.

The Daily Mirror declare that Arsenal are among Premier Leaguie clubs “on alert” after comments made by Sevilla’s former Stoke and Blackburn midfielder Steven N’Zonzi.

N’Zonzi is quoted as saying: “I love the Premier League. I really like the Premier League, this is where I started at a good level. I had a great time there.

“I don’t know what is going to happen in the future. I am fine at Sevilla, I feel good. I am used to it now. It is my third season so I am happy.”

The Independent reports that Olivier Giroud believes he has a future at Arsenal.

“For the moment I am not questioning myself about my future. I am happy at Arsenal and I am fine with the decision to stay because I want to,” Giroud said.

“I am thinking that the story between the club and myself was not over and not finished.”

And the Daily Telegraph reports that Wales remain convinced Chelsea’s Exeter-born youngster Ethan Ampadu will commit his international future to them rather than choose to play for England.
