Paper round up: Liverpool reportedly considering signing Bees keeper

Liverpool are considering signing goalkeeper Kai McKenznie-Lyle from Barnet, the Daily Mirror reports.

The 20-year-old has joined Liverpool on trial and the Mirror say he is in with a serious chance of securing a move to Anfield as back-up for summer signing Alisson.

North Londoner McKenznie-Lyle, who has been with Barnet since 2015, played for Liverpool’s Under-23 side this week.

Meanwhile, Tottenham want to sign Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace for £45m, according to The Sun.

The Sun say that offer was rejected but that Spurs are ready to offer £15m more plus a sell-on clause.

Arsenal are preparing for the loss of chief executive Ivan Gazidis to AC Milan, the Daily Telegraph reports.

It follows reports that Milan are keen to appoint Gazidis, who is a key figure at the Emirates Stadium.

The Telegraph reports that he has formally informed Arsenal’s board of an approach for him and that the club now regard his departure as a very real possibility.

The Times say there have been fears at Chelsea about Willian’s future at the club after he returned late for pre-season training, despite the delay apparently being because of passport issues.

Aston Villa want to sign Tammy Abraham on loan but the Chelsea youngster, who spent last season on loan at Swansea, is keen to stay in the Premier League, the Daily Mail say.

The Daily Mirror say Paris St-Germain are pursuing N’Golo Kante despite reports Chelsea have offered the Frenchman an improved contract.

The Mirror also say Valencia want Michy Batshuayi, while The Sun reports that the striker has been told he is new Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri’s plans.
