Arsenal reportedly face competition from Newcastle for Atlanta United midfielder Miguel Almiron, according to the Daily Mirror.

The Mirror recently linked Arsenal with Almiron, 23, and have picked up on Italian outlet Calciomercato claiming that Inter Milan and Newcastle are both keen on the player.

It is suggested that Major League Soccer club Atlanta could be willing to sell the Paraguay international for £15m.

The Mirror also say Charly Musonda has told Chelsea he wants to leave Stamford Bridge.

The Belgian midfielder, 21, is said to be frustrated at his lack of game time and keen to move on.

The Mirror say Arsenal, who have been linked with Musonda, were sounded out about him but believe they have enough young talent with the likes of Reiss Nelson coming through.

Meanwhile, The Times reports that Tottenham’s players will share a £2m bonus between them for reaching the knockout stage of the Champions League.

Spurs spectacularly booked their place in the last 16 of the tournament by beating holders Real Madrid 3-1 at Wembley on Wednesday night.

The Times say the squad will receive more payments if they progress further in the competition and would share £7.5m were they to win the trophy.

The victory over Real has added to speculation that the Spanish club will target Spurs duo Harry Kane and Dele Alli as well as boss Mauricio Pochettino.

The Daily Mail say Real are keen on both players and that Pochettino is their number one target to replace Zinedine Zidane.

And The Guardian reports that Spurs keeper Hugo Lloris a doubt for the derby against Arsenal at Wembley on 18 November because of an abductor muscle injury.
