Arsenal linked with Niang and Brazilian youngster Vinícius Junior

Arsenal have earmarked AC Milan striker Mbaye Niang as a potential replacement for Alexis Sanchez, according to The Sun.

The Daily Star has once again suggested that Sanchez is on Manchester City’s wanted list, with the striker yet to commit to a new deal at the Emirates.

And The Sun, picking up on reports from Spain, claim Niang is on the radar of both Arsenal and West Ham.

Reports in Spain have named Arsenal as one of the clubs apparently monitoring Flamengo youngster Vinícius Junior.

The Independent suggest Manchester United failed in an attempt to get a first-option deal on the 16-year-old.

It adds that the Spanish media believe Barcelona and Arsenal are keeping tabs on his progress.

Real linked with reported Arsenal target

Porto striker Andre Silva is a reported target for Real Madrid, which the Daily Express claims is bad news for Arsenal.

The Express say Gunners scouts have been watching Silva, scorer of 15 goals in 25 games this season, but that Real are readying a concrete offer.

Silverware before China – Giroud

Olivier Giroud says he will not contemplate leaving Arsenal until they win the Premier League.

Sky Sports News HQ reports the French striker as saying he would not be tempted by a big-money offer from China while his sporting aims remain unfulfilled.

Giroud is quoted as saying: “The Premier League is my main target so after when I will win it one day, why not, you never know.”
