Paper round-up: Gunners linked with Tolisso

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is keen to sign Lyon’s Corentin Tolisso, the Daily Mirror say.

The French midfielder, 22, has been tipped to move this summer and Wenger is said to be an admirer, although Lyon are reported to be looking for more than £30m for him.

The Gunners are also said to be showing an interest in Malaga’s Spain international midfielder Pablo Fornals.

Meanwhile, Tottenham are tracking Freiburg forward Maximilian Philipp, German newspaper Kicker has reported.

The 23-year-old has scored nine goals this season and German media have linked with him a number of European clubs – including Arsenal – in recent months.

RB Leipzig and clubs in Italy and Spain are said to have shown an interest in Philipp, who operates mainly in a number 10 role.

Chelsea want Kyle Walker and are ready to battle with Manchester City to sign the Tottenham right-back, the Daily Mirror claim.

The Mirror say Blues boss Antonio Conte is an admirer of the England international and wants to take him to Stamford Bridge.

Conte plans to sign six players for a total of more than £200m, according to The Independent.

Arsenal want Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham, The Sun claim.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek will demand a loan move away from Chelsea, according to The Times.

The Daily Mail say Bournemouth are prepared to offer Chelsea captain John Terry a two-year contract, while the Daily Express report that Swansea want to sign him when he leaves Stamford Bridge this summer.

And the Daily Star have picked up on reports in Turkey that keeper David Ospina is keen to leave Arsenal.

Ospina, who has been linked with a move to Turkey, is quoted as saying: “I told my club that I want to go to a team where I’ll play regularly. They know my intention.

“If the right offer comes, then I’ll happily come to Turkey. My agent is taking care of transfer business. In fact, I’m happy at Arsenal but I have to play regularly.

“I told them exactly that. Arsenal’s board told me they will not be making things difficult for me if the right offer comes in. Let’s see what the future brings.”
