West Ham are considering a deadline-day move for Tottenham striker Fernando Llorente, the Daily Mail say.
The 33-year-old is said to be available for either a permanent or loan move after failing to impress Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.
The Mail say he would probably cost in the region of £7m and that West Ham have discussed Llorente as a possible signing in light of Andy Carroll’s injury and Jordan Hugill’s loan move to Middlesbrough.
Meanwhile, the Daily Mirror claim Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen would be Real Madrid’s first-choice replacement for Luka Modric if they sell the former Spurs midfielder.
The Mirror have also picked up on reports in Spain claiming that Arsenal are lining up a move for Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele.
Chelsea midfielder Danny Drinkwater is wanted by West Ham and Crystal Palace as well as his former club Leicester, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The Telegraph also say Chelsea are likely to loan out either Michy Batshuayi or Tammy Abraham because Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud are both staying at Stamford Bridge.
The Mirror, on the other hand, say Abraham will be staying despite interest from a number of clubs and will have an increased role at Chelsea.
