Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen faces a significant spell on the sidelines with his hamstring injury.
Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen, Serge Aurier and Mousa Dembele will also remain sidelined for Saturday’s game against Cardiff City.
Alli also has a hamstring problem, while Aurier and Dembele have thigh injuries and an abdominal injury means Eriksen is still unavailable.
Junior Hoilett has recovered from illness to take his place in the Cardiff squad.
Hoillett missed Sunday’s 2-1 home defeat to Burnley with a virus but has trained fully this week.
Aron Gunnarsson (knee) remains out, but Bluebirds boss Neil Warnock is hopeful the Iceland midfielder might be available for the visit of Fulham after the international break.
