Tottenham sell young winger to Slovenian club

Tottenham youngster Nathan Oduwa is set to sign for Slovenian top-flight side Olimpija Ljubljana.

An agreement has been reached between the two clubs, paving the way for winger Oduwa, 20, to make the move.

He has not made a senior appearance for Spurs but has picked up some first-team experience during loan spells at Glasgow Rangers, Luton, Colchester and, more recently, Peterborough.

Oduwa spent the first half of this season with Peterborough, with his final appearance for them coming on Boxing Day.

He did not start a match during his spell at Posh, with all eight of his appearances for them coming as a substitute.

Meanwhile, Tottenham are interested in out-of-favour Manchester United striker Anthony Martial, the Daily Mirror claim.

The newspaper claims that Spurs could offer Martial “an escape” from Old Trafford in the summer.

There has been speculation over Martial’s future for much of the season as he has failed to hold down a regular first-team place under United boss Jose Mourinho.

The Mirror also say Spurs will have to pay £5m to sign back-up keeper Pau Lopez on a permanent basis.

Lopez is on a season-long loan from Espanyol and has not made a first-team appearance since his arrival in England.
