Tottenham are interested in Lazio’s Jordan Lukaku, The Sun on Sunday claim.
Lukaku, the younger brother of Everton striker Romelu, is apparently seen by Spurs as a long-term option at left-back.
It follows recent speculation that Ben Davies could leave White Hart Lane when the transfer window reopens in January.
Belgium international Lukaku, 22, would cost around £10m, The Sun on Sunday say.
Meanwhile, Chelsea ‘lead the chase’ to sign Porto midfielder Ruben Nevez, according to the Sunday Mirror.
Liverpool are also said to be keen on the 19-year-old, who has been linked with a number of European clubs in recent months.
The Sunday Mirror say Nevez is rated at £35m and that Chelsea are prepared to pay around £24m plus add-ons.
Chelsea want an answer from him by the end of November on whether he wants to join them in January, it is claimed.
