Danny Rose is expected to remain at Tottenham until January and reject the chance of a loan move to Paris Saint-Germain or Marseille, according to the Daily Telegraph.

European sides have until Friday to sign Premier League players and Rose has been linked with a number of clubs.

But the Telegraph believe Rose has impressed boss Mauricio Pochettino recently – and the England left-back made his first appearance of the season in Spurs’ 3-0 win at Manchester United on Monday.

The newspaper also believes Moussa Sissoko and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou are available for moves and that England Under-21 midfielder Josh Onomah, who spent last season on loan at Aston Villa, is being lined up for another loan move to the Championship.

The Telegraph also believe the halted redevelopment of Stamford Bridge could be kick-started within months by a US investment bank hired by Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.

The newspaper say the Raine Group, based in New York, is working with the club to entice investors and that the stadium project could be resumed before the end of the year.

Raine previously helped Manchester City’s Abu Dhabi ownership sell a 13% stake to Chinese investors.

The Telegraph say Abramovich is not looking to sell Chelsea but would be prepared to accept investment in return for equity.
