Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne is concerned about playing Tottenham at Wembley on Monday, a day after the NFL game being staged there, The Guardian reports.
Jacksonville Jaguars will play Philadelphia Eagles at the national stadium and De Bruyne is concerned about the state of the pitch, having previously played on a surface soon after it was used for an NFL game.
“Yes [I have done it before], in a preseason, and it’s not nice,” the Belgian said.
“It’s going to be difficult. I’m not sure how it’s going to be. We hope it will be OK and that we can play like we normally do.”
Meanwhile, Manchester United are leading a race to sign Chelsea’s Victor Moses, the Express have declared.
