Tottenham youngsters see off Southampton

Luke Amos, Ryan Loft and Will Miller all featured for Tottenham’s development side in a 3-1 win against Southampton on Monday evening.

All three players are currently out on loan but Spurs are able to select them in Premier League 2 matches.

Amos (pictured), who is on loan at Southend, captained the side, while Loft and Miller are on loan at Stevenage and Burton respectively.

The hosts were 3-0 up at half-time after goals from Nathan Oduwa and Shilow Tracey and an own goal.

The impressive Oduwa fired in the opener after exchanging passes with Miller and then sent in a cross which led to Alfie Jones turning the ball into his own net.

Oduwa was also involved in the third goal, scored by Tracey just before half-time.

He showed great skill on the left and picked out Tracey, who showed similarly smart footwork before finishing coolly.

Ryan Seager pulled a goal back by scoring from the rebound after keeper Tom Glover has saved his penalty.
