Tottenham are reportedly ready to pay £30m to sign Andre Gomes.
The Portugal international is on loan from Barcelona at Everton, who are keen to sign him on a permanent basis.
The Daily Telegraph say Spurs also want Gomes and are ready to compete with Everton for his signing.
The Daily Mail say Spurs are set to offer £25m for Ryan Sessegnon but that Fulham want £40m for the youngster.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have reportedly agreed a deal to sign midfielder Edwin Andersson, 15, from IFK Gothenburg.
The Sun have picked up on a story by Swedish newspaper Expressen, which quoted the youngster’s father Mikael Andersson as saying: “There have been an incredible number of clubs from virtually all countries that have been interested in him.
“But he has chosen to go to Chelsea when it’s time. According to the rules he must be 16 first and then it is up to the clubs to agree.
“There’s still some details, but the day it’s time he has decided that it’ll be Chelsea.
“It is a chance you can take if the package is right. They have very good education and care about you as a human being, which one might not believe.”
And Manchester United are interested in potentially re-signing Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace, the Daily Star claim.
Zaha previously had a spell at Old Trafford before returning to Palace, where his performances have led to him being linked with another big move.
The Star claim United are monitoring Zaha as a possible alternative should they miss out on Borussia Dortmund’s England international Jadon Sancho.
