Tottenham will have to pay £20m if they are to land Leeds United winger Jack Clarke, according to the Daily Mirror.
Clarke, 18, has enjoyed an impressive season and several Premier League clubs, including Crystal Palace, have been linked with him in recent months.
Leeds seemingly face a fight to keep him at Elland Road after the Yorkshire club missed out on promotion to the Premier League.
The Mirror say Spurs are keen to snap Clarke up this summer – and could offer to loan him back to Leeds for next season in an attempt to persuade them to sell.
Spurs are also reported to still be interested in Jack Grealish, whose Aston Villa side face Derby County in the all-important Championship play-off final at Wembley later today.
Villa also missing out on promotion – it would be their second successive play-off final defeat – would mean they could also struggle to keep their best players.
Meanwhile, Tottenham striker Harry Kane looks increasingly likely to be fit for the Champions League final against Liverpool in Madrid.
The Daily Mail reports that Kane is set to travel with the rest of the Spurs squad to the Spanish capital and is determined to prove his fitness.
